Do you care for large or banned breeds?
No, I am unable to care for large breeds, including banned breeds.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, Please check our website or contact us directly for current offers. We also have special longer visit options for puppies and OAP dogs that offer great value.
Do you do overnights?
While we specialise in reliable drop-in pet visits and longer dedicated visits for puppies and OAP dogs, we do not currently offer overnight pet sitting. Our focus is on providing consistent care throughout the day.
Do you care for reactive dogs/cats?
I am happy to care for reactive dogs and cats. I will ask lots of questions about what they are reactive to during our meet and greet. I take the time to understand your pet's needs and behaviour to ensure a calm and positive experience.
Do you meet the pets beforehand?
Yes, we always arrange a complimentary 'meet and greet' session before any services begin. This allows us to get to know you and your pet, discuss routines, and ensure everyone is comfortable.
How do you collect the keys?
Key collection is typically arranged during our initial 'meet and greet'. We use a secure system for key management to ensure your home's safety. Full details will be provided during our consultation.
Do you require a permit?
Yes, if you live in an area of Bristol that requires a parking permit then I will require a day pass to be able to provide my services.
Do you use my pet's pictures on your website/social media?
We love to share happy pet moments! We may use photos of your pet on our website or social media to showcase the joy of our services. However, we will always seek your explicit permission beforehand, and you can opt-out at any time.
Do you give medication?
Yes, we are able to administer most oral and topical medications as per your instructions. Please discuss your pet's specific medication needs during our consultation to ensure we can meet them safely and effectively.
What happens in an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, our protocol involves immediately contacting you or your nominated emergency contact. We will then seek veterinary attention at your registered vet practice or the nearest emergency vet in Bristol if necessary. Your pet's health and safety are our top priority.
What happens if their pet is poorly or passes away?
We understand this is a sensitive concern. In the unfortunate event that your pet becomes seriously ill or passes away while in our care, we will immediately contact you and follow your pre-arranged instructions, ensuring compassion and dignity are paramount.
What happens if their pet runs off?
Pet safety is paramount. All our visits are conducted with extreme caution to prevent pets from running off. In the rare event a pet does escape our care, we will immediately activate a comprehensive search protocol, inform you, and contact local authorities and animal shelters.
